Notifications

When visitor arrives, Visitors can send a notification to host employees. Host employee information is required when filling in visitor registration.

Notification methods

Administrators can set a default notification method for all employees in given location, but employees can modify their own notification preferences.

Supported Notification Methods

The following notification methods are supported:

  • Email
  • Mobile Push
  • SMS (fee may apply)
  • Microsoft Teams (upcoming)
  • Slack (upcoming)

Notification Settings

Turn on or off host notifications for sign ins and sign outs.

Administrator settings are default. Employees can still turn on or off their notifications for themselves, regardless of administrator settings.
