What is SCIM?
SCIM(System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is an industry-standard protocol to synchronize directory between systems. With SCIM, user directory is automatically synchronized from Identity Providers such as Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta, Onelogin etc. to WOX. Advanced mapping can also be created so that user properties are mapped to WOX properties correctly.

SCIM supports the following user synchronization features:
- Add new users, update user names and emails
- Deactivate users
- Reactivate users

SCIM Provisioning vs Silent Provisioning
Silent provisioning is supported when [Single-Sign-on] are eanbled, which means a user within your directory can login automatically if the account hasn't been synchronized through SCIM yet.
