📄️ About Rooms
Rooms is the easiest solution to allow employees to find, book, extend and cancel meeting and collaboration rooms. Meetings are an important part of everyday work. While tools like Microsoft Outlook, Zoom solve problems like organizing a meeting or online video conferencing, booking a physical room is always a challenge. Rooms is a flexible and powerful application that makes this task as easy as possible, and can do much more.
📄️ Managing Rooms
Administrators can create rooms and manage its settings. Click Rooms > Rooms to add, delete or update rooms.
📄️ Room Settings
There are many options that allow you to set up room policies exactly as you want. While it is very powerful, it is also a little overwhelming and tedious. Rooms makes this process a little easier with Hierarchical Setting Inheritance. Administrators can set up base rules on the location level for all rooms and then fine tune policies for each individual room. 📄️ Private meeting
A private meeting is one that doesn't display meeting subject, host and department information, except to hosts, attendees and administrators. A private meeting has a 'lock' icon to indicate its status and host is shown as 'anonymous'.
📄️ Room Calendar
Administrators can use Room calendar to view and manage room reservations. Administrators can also book rooms for employees.
📄️ Reservation permissions
When a user books a room, the person becomes the creator of the meeting. The organizer of the meeting is called host. Host can be the same person or different from creator. A creator or a host can make changes, extend, or delete the reservation.

After linking with Google Calendar, employees can book rooms on Google Calendar or on WOX.

Use Occupancy Sensor to detect if there're people in rooms. Recapture rooms with no attendances.
📄️ Smart Meeting Room Display
Smart Meeting Room Display is a specialized tablet that is installed outside meeting rooms to help employees know about Meeting Room status and book Room interactively.

Audit logs are useful information to know about room. It may answer questions such as "Why was my room cancelled?", "Why there is a booking on Outlook, but not Rooms?".
Analytics offers rich analysis of reservation and occupancy so we can get first-hand data on how space and resources are used, gain insights on employees' preferences and make informed decisions on improving space efficiency.
