Desks is the solution to manage desk resources in workplace. Desks includes layouting, assigning, booking desks and analyzing desk usage. It is the comprehensive solution to manage every desk in office, enable Hybrid Work schedules and optimize space usage.
📄️ Desk Types
Desks have three different types:
📄️ Desk Groups
Desks are grouped to make it simple to configure desk policies and permissions.By default, all desks are grouped into "Default desk group". However, you may create additional desk groups.
📄️ Desk Assignments
Permanent desks can be assigned to employees.
📄️ Desk Reservations
Administrators can create and manage desk reservations. Only Hoteling and Hot desks are reservable.
📄️ Desk Records
Desk Records are desk usage data for all employees, which includes Hoteling and Hot desk booking as well as permanent desk assignment. It is a detailed log for how desks are used in the location.
